We cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed for incorrect information being supplied during the ordering process.

We charge £4 for an individual item and item £1.50 for each additional item being delivered to the same address. Items will be sent by first class recorded Royal Mail. All orders are dispatched in plain packaging. You are able to print your invoice form the website during the ordering process.

You will be advised by email if any item that you have ordered is out of stock.

We have a strict returns policy on all our products. In the unlikely event that a fault may be found we request that you email us within 3 days of your customer receiving their order to notify us of the fault. We will happily exchange faulty items like for like, if they are unworn and still in the original packaging and are free from the smell of smoke, perfume or other odour. We will issue you with a returns authorisation number which you should include when sending back your return. Please return the item to us within 7 days of the authorisation by recorded delivery at your own expense. We will bear the cost of the replacement and of delivery.

We do not exchange or refund any items for any other reason than a fault. If we have reason to believe that the goods have been worn or any of the conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you at your cost.

Please notify us of any shortages or incorrect goods supplied with 48 hours of delivery.

All packages returned to undelivered will be subject to an additional charge.

All goods must be paid in full before dispatch.

We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for any cancelled orders.

If any parcels are received damaged or opened this must be noted as "parcel damaged" with the courier / postman for a claim to be made and any missing goods to be replaced.

We reserve the rights to refuse or to supply any goods ordered at our discretion.

Delivery Times and Backorders

We endeavour to hold stock of the entire current Forplay, G World and Espiral ranges. We also hold a large percentage of the Leg Avenue Lingerie catalogue in stock. For orders placed for non stock items received before 3pm on Tuesday the delivery dates are:

Leg Avenue - approximately one week

Forplay - approximately one week

Escante - approximately two weeks

G World - approximately two weeks

Espiral - approximately two weeks

These delivery times may be subject to delay and stock is subject to availability.

Stock orders: We will endeavour to send stock orders out within 48hrs.

Backorders: We will re-order out of stock items and deliver as soon as possible with free delivery (for UK mainland).

We are unable to provide a backorder service for international accounts.

UK customers must opt out of our back order system if they do not wish their orders to be automatically back ordered. Please contact us if you wish to opt out.

Other Information

The placing of an order indicats your acceptance of our terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and keep a printed copy for your future reference.

All goods supplied by us remain our property they are paid for in full.

All prices are subject to VAT.

A VAT number must be supplied by any international customer for VAT to be exempt.

We reserve the right to charge interest calculated at the current statutory rate for any overdue payment.

All returned cheques will incur a £10 admin fee.

If a colour or size is not specified at the time of ordering either the most popular option or whichever is available will be supplied.

All goods are priced per item or per pack quantity if stated.

Returns and Cancellations

We do not operate a sale or return policy to trade customers. Goods returned to you by your customers remain your property.

Faulty or damaged goods will be credited or replaced.

Goods returned for any other reason will only be replaced at our discretion.

Returns must be sent back by recorded delivery at the customers cost unless the item is faulty.
